Vault referral terms

1. The scheme
The Vault referral scheme lets existing Vault members invite friends to join The Vault, the monthly membership operated by Face and Co Belfast, 611 Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7GT. When a friend joins through your personal link and their first payment clears, £10 is added to their Vault balance and £10 to yours.
2. Who can take part
The scheme is open to current Vault members. Your personal invite link is shown in your client portal and is unique to you. Membership and invite links are personal and cannot be transferred, sold or listed publicly.
3. The £10 award
The award is £10 of Vault credit to each side: the friend who joins and the member who invited them. Vault credit is held against your name, is usable on all treatments in clinic, and cannot be withdrawn as cash, exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
4. When the award appears
The award is not credited at sign up. It appears only once your friend's first payment actually clears: the day their first monthly payment is collected, or the day a Founding Member's twelve month upfront payment settles. Both balances are credited on that day and each of you receives a notification in the portal.
5. One award per friend
Each friend can be referred once and one award is paid per joining member. A person who has held Vault membership before, or who already has a Vault membership, does not count as a new referral. If two members claim the same friend, the award goes to the link the friend actually joined through.
6. If a friend cancels within fourteen days
A friend who joins online can cancel within fourteen days for a full refund. Because the referral award only exists because of that payment, we remove the £10 your friend received and the £10 you received when that refund is processed. If either balance has already been spent, the amount is deducted from the balance, leaving it negative until future payments clear it.
7. If a friend cancels later
If your friend cancels after the fourteen day period, the referral award is not taken back. Your friend remains bound by the Vault membership terms, including the twelve month minimum term and the repayable spend ahead allowance, which are set out on the Vault terms and conditions page.
8. Your balance and the award
Referral credit behaves exactly like the rest of your Vault balance. It rolls over while you remain a member, it can be spent on any treatment in clinic, and if you do not renew your membership, any remaining balance, including referral credit, is forfeited. If you cancel during the twelve month term, any credit drawn ahead of your payments remains repayable.
9. Fair use
The scheme is for genuinely introducing friends, family and colleagues. We may withhold or remove referral awards, and suspend a member's invite link, where we reasonably believe a link has been shared on coupon or voucher websites, used for paid advertising, or where accounts appear linked. We will always tell you if we do this.
10. Changes
We may change or end the referral scheme at any time. Any award already earned for a payment that has cleared is unaffected. If you have a question about the scheme, contact hello@faceandcobelfast.com.
