Clinical Detail
How we approach this treatment.
Assessment and profile planning
Every non surgical rhinoplasty at Face and Co begins with a full profile assessment: dorsal line, radix depth, tip projection and rotation, columellar show and the relationship of the nose to the chin and forehead. Jennifer plans the correction in the context of the whole facial profile, which is why profile balancing with chin or jaw support is sometimes recommended alongside, or instead of, treating the nose itself.
Technique and safety
Treatment is delivered with a firm, structural hyaluronic acid filler placed in the deep supraperiosteal and supraperichondrial planes along the midline, where the vascular risk is lowest. Small aliquots are deposited slowly with aspiration, using a needle or cannula depending on the area. Dissolving agent is always held on site and every patient receives written aftercare and direct aftercare contact.
What the treatment can and cannot correct
Filler can camouflage a dorsal hump, straighten a deviated appearance from the side, lift a drooping tip and improve the nasolabial angle. It cannot narrow the nose, reduce overall size or correct a functional breathing problem. Where surgery is the better answer, we say so at consultation rather than treating for the sake of it.
Correcting asymmetry
Facial asymmetry is the rule rather than the exception. Small differences in nasal sidewall projection or tip deviation can often be visually balanced with precise, asymmetric filler placement, assessed both straight on and in profile with the patient seated upright and animated.

Questions
Frequently asked.
How much is non surgical rhinoplasty in Belfast?
Non surgical rhinoplasty at Face and Co Belfast is £350. Suitability is assessed before treatment is booked, and any follow up sessions are spaced 4 weeks apart. Prices shown are examples only and a consultation is always required for accurate pricing and a treatment plan. VIP members pay between 5 and 20 percent less depending on tier.
How long does non surgical rhinoplasty last?
Results typically last 12 to 18 months and often longer with repeat treatment, as the filler integrates and the profile becomes more stable over time.
Is it safe?
It is an advanced treatment that requires significant training. The nose has a demanding vascular anatomy, so we work only in recognised safe planes, aspirate before placement and keep dissolving agent on site. We only treat patients who are clinically suitable.
Does it hurt?
Most patients describe pressure rather than pain. Topical anaesthetic is applied and the filler contains lidocaine. The treatment itself takes around 20 minutes.
Can it make my nose smaller?
No. Filler adds structure rather than removing tissue, so it refines and straightens the profile. A nose that needs reduction in width or size is a surgical case and we will tell you so honestly.
Who is not suitable?
Patients with very thick skin at the tip, previous surgical rhinoplasty within twelve months, active skin infection, or unrealistic expectations of size reduction. Honest assessment comes before treatment every time.
What is the downtime?
Most patients return to normal activity immediately. Mild swelling or tenderness across the bridge settles within two to three days.
