The Vault terms and conditions

1. The membership
The Vault is a monthly membership operated by Face and Co Belfast, 611 Lisburn Road, Belfast BT9 7GT.
2. Setting your monthly figure
You choose a monthly figure of £50, £100, £150, £200, £250 or £300. Every £50 a month adds another 5% bonus wallet credit, to a maximum of 30%.
3. Your Vault credit
Each monthly payment credits your wallet with the payment plus its bonus on the day the payment clears, not as a lump sum at month twelve. Your credit is held against your name and is usable on all treatments in clinic. It is not a cash deposit, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and does not earn interest.
4. Spending ahead
You may draw up to three months of contributions ahead of what you have paid in. Your available to spend figure is your balance plus three monthly payments including their bonus. Later payments clear any drawn allowance first.
5. Rollover
Unused credit rolls over when you renew your membership. If you do not renew, any remaining credit is forfeited.
6. Priority booking
Vault members receive early access to weekend and late night appointments, released to members seven days before general booking opens. Priority booking does not guarantee availability of any specific date or time.
7. Minimum term
Membership runs for a minimum of twelve consecutive monthly payments from the first payment date.
8. Your right to cancel within fourteen days
As you join online, you have fourteen days from joining to cancel and receive a full refund of anything paid, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Contact hello@faceandcobelfast.com to cancel within this period.
9. Cancelling after fourteen days
After the fourteen day period you are committed to the twelve month term. If you cancel before the term ends, any credit drawn ahead of your payments remains repayable and your remaining balance stays redeemable against treatment for six months from the cancellation date.
10. After twelve months
Membership continues monthly until you cancel with thirty days notice. Your credit continues to build and rolls over while you remain a member.
11. Changing your monthly figure
You may increase your monthly figure at any time and your bonus rises with it from the following payment. Reductions take effect at the end of the current twelve month term.
12. Failed payments
If a payment fails we will contact you and attempt collection again. If two consecutive payments fail, your membership and spend ahead allowance are suspended until payments resume. Your existing balance is unaffected.
13. Pausing
Membership may be paused for up to three months for pregnancy, illness or other significant circumstances, at our discretion. Pause requests must be made in writing to hello@faceandcobelfast.com and take effect from the next payment date. The twelve month term extends by the length of the pause.
14. Clinical suitability
Membership does not guarantee suitability for any treatment. All treatment requires an in person clinical assessment. If you are found unsuitable for the treatments you intended, we will discuss alternatives with you or refund your Vault balance in full.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms with thirty days written notice. If a change materially disadvantages you, you may cancel without penalty and receive a full refund of your Vault balance.
16. Transfers
Membership and Vault balances are personal to you and cannot be transferred, gifted or sold.
17. Data
Your details are processed in line with our privacy policy and UK GDPR.
Vault credit is usable on all treatments in clinic. All treatment requires an in person clinical assessment for suitability and accurate pricing. Membership is not a substitute for clinical consultation. Unused credit rolls over on renewal and is forfeited if you do not renew. Minimum term twelve months.
