What it is

The Vault is the inner circle of Face and Co, created for clients who take their self care seriously and understand that the best results come from consistency.

Think of it as credit that builds in your name.

Choose a monthly figure from £50 to £300. Every payment credits your wallet with the payment plus its bonus on the day it clears, ready to use on any treatment in clinic.

The more you commit, the more you get. Every £50 a month adds another 5% bonus, up to 30%.

Founding Member gift

Founding Members who pay twelve months upfront on the £100, £150, £200, £250 or £300 tier receive a luxury welcome gift presented at their first appointment. The welcome gift is not included on the £50 tier or on monthly memberships.

Every £50 a month adds another 5% bonus, up to 30%.

The full twelve month value plus bonus lands in your wallet on day one, so the spend ahead allowance does not apply. Your portal shows a single figure: Balance.
Founding Members carry a Founding Member badge in the portal, their tier rate is locked for life, and those on £100 a month or more receive a luxury welcome gift at their first appointment.

Founding credit is the total that lands in your wallet on day one: your upfront payment plus your tier bonus plus the extra 10 percentage points for paying twelve months upfront.

Bonus per payment

Each monthly payment credits your wallet with the payment plus its bonus on the day it clears, not as a lump sum at month twelve.

Spend ahead

Draw up to 3 months of contributions ahead of what you have paid in. Later payments clear anything drawn first.

Rollover

Unused credit rolls over when you renew your membership. If you do not renew, any remaining credit is forfeited.

Vault credit is usable on all treatments in clinic. All treatment requires an in person clinical assessment for suitability and accurate pricing. Membership is not a substitute for clinical consultation. Unused credit rolls over on renewal and is forfeited if you do not renew. Minimum term twelve months.

As a Vault member you also get priority booking. Our weekend and late night appointments go quickly, and Vault members get first access to them seven days before they open to general booking.

Alongside that, you will have early access to treatment launches, exclusive member offers, model calls, and your own private client portal where you can view your Vault balance, treatment plans and everything relating to your Face and Co journey in one place.

How it works

Step 1
Choose your monthly figure, from £50 to £300.

Your bonus is set by that figure and shown before you confirm.
Step 3
Each payment credits your wallet with the payment plus its bonus on the day it clears.
Step 4
Spend up to three months of contributions ahead of what you have paid in.
Step 5
Use your credit on any treatment in clinic, with member access to weekend and late night slots.

The commitment

Your monthly figure builds in your Vault until you are ready to use it.

Twelve month minimum commitment. Increase your monthly figure whenever you like and your bonus rises with it from the next payment. Unused credit rolls over when you renew and is forfeited if you do not.

Clinical suitability

Membership does not guarantee suitability for any treatment. All treatment requires an in person clinical assessment. If you are found unsuitable for the treatments you intended, we will discuss alternatives with you or refund your Vault balance in full.

This isn't about having more treatments.
