How we approach this treatment.
Assessment of muscle pattern
Dosing is not a template. We assess frontalis strength and height, glabellar complex pattern, brow position and any compensatory lifting before deciding placement. Treating a strong frontalis in someone who uses it to hold the brows up is the most common cause of a heavy, hooded result.
Dosing philosophy
We prefer to start conservatively and refine at the two week review rather than overdose on the day. This keeps expression intact and gives us a clear picture of how your muscles respond, which informs every subsequent treatment.
Areas we treat
Forehead lines, glabellar frown lines and crow's feet are the core areas. Advanced applications include brow lift, bunny lines, gummy smile, downturned mouth corners, chin dimpling, platysmal bands and masseter reduction for clenching or lower face width, each assessed individually.
What to expect afterwards
Onset begins at day three to four, with the full effect at fourteen days. Duration is typically three to four months and can lengthen with consistent treatment. Treating more often than every twelve weeks is not advised and offers no additional benefit.

Yes, in the right patient. Where dynamic lines are beginning to etch in at rest, lower dose treatment can slow that progression. If the lines are not there yet, we will tell you to wait.
What if I have had a poor result elsewhere?
Heavy brows, a spocked or peaked brow and asymmetry are usually dosing and placement problems. Depending on timing we can often rebalance the result, or advise you to let it wear off and restart properly.
